The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Programme (IEP) is a dynamic and immersive initiative designed to empower aspiring entrepreneurs and changemakers with the skills, mindset, and tools needed to drive sustainable impact in their communities. Rooted in the RLabs philosophy of hope, innovation, and community development, the program combines interactive workshops, real-world challenges, and mentorship to cultivate creative thinking and practical entrepreneurial action. Participants are guided through a journey of self-discovery, ideation, business model development, and social innovation, ultimately equipping them to launch or grow their ventures.

The IEP runs over 8 to 12 weeks on a part-time basis, making it accessible for participants balancing other commitments. Sessions are delivered in-person or in a hybrid format.
Since its launch, the RLabs IEP has empowered over 10,000 young people, supported the creation of 500+ ventures, and built a strong network of alumni and mentors driving ongoing impact and collaboration.

Through RLabs Women, we provide women from marginalized communities with the opportunity to grow personally and professionally as they embark on a transformative journey in entrepreneurship. Our programs are designed by women, for women, equipping them with digital skills, business knowledge, and the confidence to launch and grow their businesses.
A practical course covering essential topics such as business modelling, brand identity design, social media strategy, and crafting impactful pitch presentations—all tailored for women entrepreneurs.
A hands-on course that elevates digital skills, from mastering Gmail, Slides, and Docs to refining online communication. Participants will learn to create compelling presentations, build a strong social media presence, and connect with audiences effectively.
A fully remote program focused on business innovation and growth strategies, covering business modelling, branding, pitching, and crafting actionable business blueprints. Once participants have completed VIP they are invited to our Pitch Night event. At these events women entrepreneurs pitch their business for an opportunity to receive cash donations to their businesses. This cash comes from Junk.fund. Junk.fund is a crowdfunding platform that provides women entrepreneurs with access to capital.
