Our Academy provides widely accessible, free and paid for education and skills training opportunities. This is where we build our talent pools and prepare our youth to access employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.
The interns we employ are encouraged to join our Skills Accelerator programme, in which they will specialise in a particular skill, or multiple complimentary skills, which they will in turn then apply as part of their duties within their internship.
Through a partnership with Study Access Alliance and Yoma, we are now offering a limited amount of degree scholarships at the prestigious IU (International University), to anyone with a legitimate African passport.
